Jeremy brings to this role his personal experience as a leader that ranges from directing a jazz band as a professional musician to running operational teams in the British Army. In business, he has developed senior executive teams in Shell, Coca Cola, Deloitte, Disney, the BAA and the Lavendon Group, among many others.

Worked closely with the CEO to help transform the executive board of a major UK company into to a highly effective team with a new vision, purpose and culture. This also involved facilitating strategic discussions concerning input from a major strategy consultancy. This new team skilfully negotiated the pandemic, implemented a new and ever developing strategy whilst changing the culture from one of micromanagement and punitive accountability to one of trust, empowerment and genuine shared responsibility.
Worked with the senior leadership team of the governing body of a global sport, seeking to instil elements of the professional discipline of the sport into the leadership and management of the organisation.
Led a series of team offsites for the Technical Head for a major global aircraft manufacturer. Helped develop a team culture for a group of highly qualified, leading industry experts.
Worked with Chairman and board of a high end, technical production company to more than treble T/O within 3 years. Helped manage the transition from an owner led group to a high performance team led by a new CEO.
Researched, designed and ran a series of team sessions for groups of partners in a big 4 accountancy firm in adopting a client serving team approach, moving away from the old, function led approach.
With a major, global drinks icon, Jeremy worked with several of the senior leadership teams, some at European board level, in developing a high performance culture, leading to improved performance and greater levels of employee engagement throughout.
Jeremy worked with the international leadership team of a major vitamins company in developing principles of high performance. The team wholeheartedly grasped the concept of becoming a high performance team and saw the commensurate benefits.
With a major motor manufacturer, Jeremy led the operating board to develop a high performance leadership culture through the introduction of a strong coaching practice internally, which impacted the whole organisation. Also included coaching the Chairman and CEO on his personal style.
Invited to work with a global management board by the private equity firm which had just acquired it. Immediately following the reformation of the team, Jeremy worked with them offsite to create a greater level of confidence and a new focus on the strategy and culture such that they set themselves higher and more demanding targets than had been set by the new owners.
Over a 3 year period, worked with the management board of a major UK distribution company preparing for flotation/sale. Helped create a strong ethos, with greater levels of resilience, focus and successful results leading up to highly satisfactory trade sale.
